We compete at the highest level of this industry globally. And we win.

WHAT THAT MEANS FOR YOU

Here's the thing about working somewhere that competes nationally and internationally.

Our Ella joined us fresh. She won AHIA Apprentice of the Year. Then two years later she won Emerging Stylist of the Year AND Hot Shots Team — two national titles in one night.

We just finalised in AHIA creative awards , Jazzie for emerging stylist if the year , Zoe for NSW hairdresser of the year and creative colourist of the year AND TEAM.

Harrison competed at Hair Festival Live. Won five trophies. Including 1st Overall. and has since gone on to win NSW HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR 2025 and MENS HAIRDRESSER OF THE YEAR 2026 . Now Harrison has moved on but his education was the pillar of his success.

Right now we're looking for two people to join the team.

Whether you're:

- An apprentice just starting out and wanting to learn from the best

- An emerging stylist ready to take the next step

- A senior hairdresser who wants to be somewhere that actually pushes you

What we don't care about:

Where you went to TAFE. How many Instagram followers you have. Whether you've competed before.

What we DO care about:

- You love hair. Actually love it. Not just as a job.

- You're coachable. The best people always are.

- You show up. Consistently. For the team and for the clients.

- You want to be better next year than you are today.

That's it. That's the list.

WHAT WORKING HERE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

We use O&M colour. Ammonia-free, PPD-free, Australian made. You will learn to work with the best products in the industry.

We are a certified Sustainable Salon. We care about how we do things — not just what we do.

We have a competition culture. If you want to compete — we will back you completely. Entry fees, shoot costs, prep time. We've done it before and we'll do it again.

We have real clients. Professional women and men from across the inner west — Glebe, Newtown, Balmain, Paddington — who book in regularly and trust us completely. You will work on real hair from day one.

And yes — the coffee is good. The music is good.
